Challenge

Even Odd, an award-winning content and production studio, reached out to us to help them with a unique opportunity. Nike was adjusting their product strategy for EasyOn across all of their brand lines, with the first launch under Nike Kids. At the same time, Nike Kids had undergone a recent brand refresh. So the campaign was simultaneously rolling out a new product innovation and a new platform for Nike Kids. Strategy and creative needed to connect the seasonal campaign needs with the larger strategic shift Nike was doing across the global brand.

Approach

“Ease the Day” became our overarching call to arms for parents and kids alike. Together with Even Odd, we showed relatable moments of kid play chaos in contrast to the ease of Nike’s EasyOn to give parents the feeling of one less thing to think about, and kids a clear picture of the fastest way to go from not playing, to full on play. The creative scaled globally through a series of campaign spots entitled: “A Parent’s Guide to an Easier Day,” social content, in-store retail, and e-comm.
