Challenge

Women’s sports is having its moment. And our friends at Edition Design were helping to make it happen. They were developing a powerful brand identity for the new media company, JWS, whose focus is completely on women’s sports. They created a category defining brand identity that captured the thrill of sport, celebrated female athletes, and built a home base for fans worldwide. The entire brand needed to come through in a dynamic web experience that also performed well as a digital-first media product.

Approach

We helped translate the brand identity into a beautifully designed digital experience for fans to enjoy. Our design approach embraced editorial principles that allow for quick, easy navigation to desired content with hits of energy and emotion that mimic the drama and fun of women’s sport.
