A “3rd Space” Take on the Office

Strange House is a “3rd Space” experiment for the new work reality — a world where we no longer show up M-F, 9 to 5; where we value flexibility, we live in different places, cities, even countries, and yet, we still crave all the creative goods that come from being in the same room with another human being who’s thinking, working, talking, imagining, and f*cking off right alongside you.

The Experience & Programming

Strange House is a live-work studio in the heart of Park Slope, Brooklyn, where employees and creative collaborators from around the globe can travel to, stay at, and work from. With two floors (a studio and common room floor and residential floor), we've designed the space to have all the benefits of the WFH experience, but with the added social goods of working alongside your colleagues and collaborators — in one of the greatest cities in the world.

The Brand

Inspired by the bygone era of The Chelsea Hotel (a residential haven for artists and the avant-garde), the brand identity itself was intentionally crafted as a hospitality brand, because Strange House is, ultimately, a social brand experience.

We'll be rolling out multiple event programs this spring. The Strange House brand will also be a launch pad for brand and product collaborations and other agency experiences. Merch and apparel store coming soon.
